Take a glass of warm water and add 1 teaspoon of honey and half the lemon juice on it. Drink it early in the morning every day on an empty stomach.
3 . Lean protein: It is better to maintain your muscle tissue with adequate amount of lean protein, this is because it helps to burn calories easily. You can find lean protein in chicken meat, salmon, tuna, turkey and egg whites.
